We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Paypal.  We use a secure online processing system.

We want you to love your purchase. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, we will refund your payment within 30 days of original purchase.  Yarn must be returned in its original condition–unwound and smoke-free.  Return shipping charges will be paid for by the customer.

Shipping
We ship Monday through Friday and do our best to process your order within 48 hours of payment.  We ship USPS Priority Mail within the continental US for a flat rate of $6.95–we know you want to receive your yarn as quickly as possible!  We are working hard to create a pick-up option for those of you who live locally–look for it soon.

If you’d like your yarn wound, please say so!  We’re happy to provide this service free of charge.  Write “yes” in the form field during your credit card checkout.

Domestic shipping is FREE for all orders over $75.00.

Product Info & Care

We believe that caring for your handknits should be simple and a labor of love.  While many of our yarns are superwash (treated so as not to felt or shrink,) handwashing your handknit garment will prolong its life.

We recommend washing your handknits in cool water with gentle soap, such as our no-rinse Eucalan.

Rinse your piece thoroughly in cool water, gently squeeze out the excess water and lay to dry on a large fluffy towel or blocking board.  Gently shape your piece into its desired shape and allow to air-dry.  Please do not use a dryer.

We do not recommend dry-cleaning for knitwear.
